This product was faulty, came without a conversion to LP gas as stated on description, took 2 MONTHS of calling and emailing every day to get the conversion kit shipped...then the kit was faulty, leaked pooled gas all over and caused a huge fireball in my kitchen area. Whether this product or the conversion kit was the issue, I would steer clear. Save your eyebrows, people.
Only one burner stays lit without keeping the igniter clicking. The big burner will start but not stay lit unless the thing is clicking the entire time. The smaller burner works fine just the bigger one. No customer service to contact on amazon site.
I purchased this unit on August 17, 2019 to install on a new boat that I am building. When we went to install the unit today I found the connection for the propane was leaking. Ordinally I would ask Amazon to replace a defective item but you folks only allow returns for a 30 day window. Visual inspection would not show this defect.
I need a cooktop and would ask that you bend your 30 day policy and replace the unit immediately.
If we were not cautious doing the installation the result could have been a disastarous explosion.
I needed to convert from NG to LPG. The instructions left a whole lot out, but I called Harold at customer service and he got the stove up and running in no time at all.
For those of you making the conversion to LPG, some important info not included in the manual: Attach the 90 degree elbow before the regulator. You don't only need to convert the burner nozzles, you also need to convert the regulator to LPG also. But don't worry: it's relatively simple and Harold can walk you through it in just a minute.
I had this installed in a small ADU kitchen. We smell gas and by process of elimination we have figured out it's coming from this unit. Which is already installed in the countertop. Feh.

Installed according to instructions. It lights but will not stay burning! Totally worthless. I need a refund!
BUT, Amazon customer service has been great in providing for the return.
**UPDATE** While installingthe second we found a critically.failed part, which NEVER should have passed Quality Control. There is a hole in the side of one of the fittings. I called their tech support, which is Amazon support... They refused to expedite the delivery of a replacement. Super stupid as we have purchased several of their product.
Previously, as we own a small motel. We've installed two of this product. Really happy with them.
