Ordered three of these ovens and all three arrived damaged to the point they could not be used. Don’t buy.
Very easy to install but the instructions are not very helpful and I cooking with it requires much more time than a normal oven would. Still unsure if I really like it or not.

We use it with natural gas. The fire is big enough for stir fry, but little too strong for simmering. Over all, we like it a lot.
