The best thing about the stove we had was the shipping and packaging. The formed foam and all packing was very good and provided very good protection. Another great aspect was the placement of the gas inlet which is up off the floor and very handy for installation as was the long electrical cord.
We found for our application the anti tip devices (small chains) were too short to get attached if not a contortionist.
The burner parts just sat on the stove top and had a shaky feel.
Biggest problem was the simmer burner flamed up so much it burned soup very quickly. Very little adjustment on all burners.
Biggest problem was continuing to call and kept repeating problems but not getting real help. Nice people but got tired of calling and waiting but easy return of stove. It was very nice looking stove but did not work for us
Aesthetically, our range looks beautiful but we are not 100% happy with the oven, it is supposed to be a convection oven but it doesn’t perform as one.
Update to original review:
The oven malfunctions. The burners are great but the oven can't keep the correct temperature.
Also I called Zline and they never returned my call.
If you call the Sales dept, they answer right away but Tech Support won't even call you back.
Loved the burners but the oven needs work. I'm sad they won't call me back. I did also buy the 3 year warranty from Best Buy but it's still under the original warranty from Zline.
If I cook cupcakes some get done, but some are gooey in the middle when I do the toothpick test.
Anything I put in the oven I have to watch like a hawk.
The temperature is 50 + degrees off. I turn the dial to 275 to hopefully get the temp to be 325 but there are hotspots in the oven so part of it overcooks before the rest is done. Zline sends their own parts because no repair places carry them and for warranty repairs you have to use who they send out to do the repairs whether they are any good or not.

I lost my gas range when I moved. I had a GE Profile dual fuel and the thing I loved most about it was the simmer burner. It also had a very high burner but I rarely used it on high, so my main concern was that each burner would go very low and they do! I was so tickled I came to write this review. I am 64 yrs old and love to cook.
This range was super easy to convert to propane and I did it myself. I am a woman with questionable strength but it was super easy with the tools I mention below.

I was able to complete the burner conversion in seconds and then another few seconds to turn the regulator around.
Things to note:
There is no bottom drawer and no timer. I miss the timer function and still looking for one on Amazon.
The grates are very heavy so will last a lifetime.
The oven light is awesome and you can see perfectly inside the window. No guessing if it's brown enough.
The oven shelves are very sturdy and have attachments which keep them from tipping.
It's a manual clean oven, so will miss that, but I always worried it shortened the life of the range going at 500 degrees for 3 hours.
I am very happy with the range. Customer service so far has also been exceptional. I love, love my new range.
I included pictures of the largest burner on simmer and the smallest burner on simmer, high and lo-medium.
I would not recommend ZLine. I purchased this range almost 2 years ago. One day earlier this year, my CO detector went off. I called 911, and the fire department was sent to my home. They asked the gas company to come out. The gas company said it was a problem with the stove. I contacted Zline NUMEROUS times, and they never returned my calls. Finally, after almost 3 months of getting no response and unable to use my range, I posted something on social media. Only then did they respond. Ultimately they ended up sending me a new range. Had I not been willing to put something on social media, I would still be sitting here with a stove that leaks CO and waiting for Zline to return my multiple calls. That is unacceptable. The stove looks fantastic, and it worked great until one day it didn't. If you purchase one and it eventually malfunctions, good luck with getting it repaired. Unless you are willing to raise holy @%!!, you will have a very difficult time getting them to respond.
The service is terrible! Oven broke after 10 months! Still waiting for the parts (3 weeks). DONT buy ZLINE

I would never purchase a ZLINE again. I am now on my second ZLINE. On the first purchase the oven stopped working. By the time a repair persona came and my multiple times of having to contact technical support it wasn't until three months later that ZLINE sent me a new oven. Now, two years later and unfortunately no longer under warranty my oven on the second one stopped working again too. I submitted a claim but you know, no answer from ZLINE yet. I am a frustrated buyer and user. The range did work well but the oven was tricky and you needed to print instructions for anyone other than yourself to operate it. WORST PRODUCT, though they do look fancy. Do yourself a favor and just by an oven from Home Depot.
Had this installed in my parents residence and it has worked well for them. They not only love receiving compliments from their guests, but they cook more now since. installation was smooth and easy since the gas connection is located in a great spot for flexibility. Love how easy the cooktop is to clean as well!
I can not say enough about the Zline Product. I'm in the Granite and Fabrication business and recommend kitchen products to clients and have not been disappointed in Zline's customer service or product. Believe me, I've seen and have installed numerous different makes. Zline packing and protection during shipment is super. I've read some of the reviews and find that the majority are DIYSelfers and really chuckle at some of the reviews. The directions and video on line pretty much answer most of the question of the non-professional and common sense installers.
You won't be sorry in ordering their products!!
