Purchased this item at a Zline dealer. In short, save yourself a great deal of trouble, and avoid this range. When I received the range, the cooktop worked OK, but the oven made a very loud electrical sound that reminded me of those old horror movies like Frankenstein. The oven then sent out a great deal of smoke and the smell of gas. I called Zline for warranty service. They just passed me off to their service provider. The service provider did not find anyone in my area to work on the range (I live near Washington D.C.). When I called Zline again, they could not have been less concerned, simply saying "we don't deal with warranty issues; our service provider does." They did not do anything to resolve the issue. I had to then return the range, but Zline required that I pack it up as it came from the factory. Imagine packing up a 260-pound range exactly like it came from the factory. Go elsewhere; Zline does not in any way care about taking care of their customers.

I had to say this is one of the few good gas cooktop that I have bought! There are five burners to choose from, very convenient to control the temperature, and my favorite is the central burner, which is bigger than I expected, it’s quickly and easy to boil water and soup. Love it very much!
Placed order a week ago, and it arrived yesterday. yea, it was kinda long wait but still acceptable, because I didn't pay for shipping. The item was in good shaped, undamaged, well packaged. My father in law installed it for us, didn't take him as long as 1 hr, so I would say the installation was pretty easy, and we don't have a problem either with ignition or to keep it lit. A satisfied purchase so far.
I am very satisfied with the choice. The material is very solid. The product is very firm.I am very surprised with the great quality of the product. The surface of the cooktop is very firm.
The controls were incredibly tight to the burner. You can’t turn it off without burning your fingers “!
