it's very easy to clean. I'm not sure that the stainless steel colored knobs are actually metal. Haven't tried the teeth test yet. Installation seemed easy for the friend who installed it for me. For me I prefer that one of the very small burners was up front, as it is my most frequently used burner and if I have larger pots on as well, it is nice to not have to reach behind them to access a smaller pan. I like that the grids are joined together. It gives more stability to various sized pans. However, I like to melt butter in a stainless steel measuring cup and the gap is too large. Not a big deal, just a change in cooking style. Overall, I'm very pleased with the cooktop.
Delivered in great condition, all shiny and new. Looks great, lights up smoothly, with even heat. Controls are the reverse of my old system though. This unit has the knobs on the right with high on the bottom and low on top. You light a burner, starting at the high setting. Got it much faster than big-box stores.
Do not buy this!! We went with a cheap model (this) to last us until next year's kitchen remodel... One knob broke called customer service they promised to send us out replacement which never came now a second one has come off in my hands and a third feels like it's next... Customer service on second go around claimed to send replacement parts out which never came... This was several weeks ago...
This is a great cooktop. 2 grates instead of the typical 4 is a nice feature. The gas comes on quickly and food or water heats up quickly as well. Great cooktop for the price!!

We've been using this for about a month and absolutely love it so far. It works so well, boils water so quickly and the buttons are responsive.
Give 4 stars after a couple of days of installation. We will see what negative thing to write about and will update you. The photo was taken while still renovating.
Waste of money dont buy this slowest stove on this earth
