Didnt come with instruction manual to hook the propane up. Propane hookup was extremly tricky. Regulater they give you is pointless. I dont know why a company would put a half inch (which is actually 5/8th) male propane connector on the stove. Stove looks better in the pictures. Finally I figured out the hookup and who woulda geussed, only one burner works. To top it off, the one year warranty is actually void if you don’t have your product installed by a licensed professional . Ha wtf. This is garbage buy something else. Nice job with the packaging tho.
Like multiple others, both the ignitor and regulator were defective for my unit. While trying to get a replacement, Amazon told me to work with the manufacturer. The manufacturer has 2 support lines. The Colorado support team is useless and unable to provide support and only referred me to the Hong Kong team who would call under restricted numbers at 2am. I couldn't call back at a reasonable time and proceeded to get countless post-midnight calls waking me up in the middle of the night. When I did answer, they either hung up, or weren't fluent enough to hold a conversation or provide support.
Even worse, when I returned the product after receiving a defective product and getting zero support, I was charged a $42 restocking fee that is not listed anywhere on the detail page.
Really unfortunate they are continued to be allowed to sell defective products on Amazon and make money off of it.
Although I bought the stove in Jan. for an RV build, COVID caused delays. I finally got it installed in Aug. and I now have 3 issues. 1) It doesn't seem to be getting any gas (regulator issue? I did try 2 different tanks and they're both full), 2) the electronic igniter on both the front and rear burners both ignite the front burner element (with a spark), and now 3) apparently the "on-line support" expired in July.
Although this is a well built and extremely functional unit, if you hit a bump, the grating and the burner heads come flying off, and you risk breaking the igniter heads.
I bought this for and RV but I have to pack up all the top items everyday because they self eject. Not a secure design and it could have easily been.
Had this installed wouldn't work with regulator it came with..called and someone called back next day saying it is low flow regulator , don't use it just use regulator that comes with propane tank....when you use it this way the heat is so high it sounds like a blow torch, can't simmer anything. Finally found out there is flame adjustment screws under knobs, was able to lower the large burner but not the small. Starting is difficult sounds like a blow torch, makes a big poof and high still sounds like a blow torch..looks nice

Tricky to hook up the gas. Ended up using a 5/8 yellow gas line connector kit. It seems like it will take a 1/2 inch MIP but be careful it will only thread on 1/2 turn. Also it takes a d cell to create the spark, so that has to be maintained over time.
I built an outdoor kitchen on my patio with this and very happy with the unit. The big burner in back on low was almost too hot to cook my bacon and the front on medium was perfect. I was worried abut the BTU's but not anymore. Very light weight and an easy install with some ½” gal and a flare fitting. I highly recommend this product.
I was really excited about the look of this stove, but after 2 propane tanks (both working on other stoves), 3 different regulators, and multiple attempts at re-connecting each many times, it was time to give up. Incredibly disappointed it didn't work out. When I contacted the company, they said that the regulator they provide with the product doesn't work with most high pressured propane tanks, which seems odd that you'd provide something that most likely will not work. After three chats with them, I got my money back, which I'm grateful for. I still wish it had worked!
