I have had my range for less than a month. I recently contacted Zline regarding some issues I am having. First the drip pan in the oven warps and pops real loud when it's heating up (EVERY TIME) It scares my poor dog so much I don't even want to turn it on. Second all of the burners are so high that there is literally no simmer burner. When I contacted Zline their solution was to send me 4 brackets to clamp down the oven pan (MYSELF) which I have NO IDEA how to do. They also sent me a little screw driver to adjust the burners. I didn't expect to pay 3 grand for a do it yourself fixer upper oven. You would think for that amount of money you would get better service. I guess I'll just return it and go to Best Buy!

I love this cooktop. The BTUs are what I was after and you cannot beat the price.
Just got done last week redoing my kitchen for my wife and went with the SDADI stove. We love it!!! And it works very well. No issues at all. Great value for the money. They even shipped the kit for free. I would recommend this to anybody that’s interested.
Works great.... tons of heat! Only thing it's missing is a small burner for little pots.
