This range arrived within a week of ordering it. We were in the middle of a remodel and didn't get to open the box for two months, but when we finally opened it, it was perfect. It really is a beautiful range, and I especially like how the oven racks glide out.
The grill is hard to clean. Its super heavy, and too big for the dishwasher. Not sure how to get it clean after just grilling sausages.
I'm disappointed that it doesn't have a self cleaning feature. That means a lot of extra work that you don't have to do if you buy another brand, but its still worth it.
The size is really handy. Its more powerful than your usual stove, and nice to be able to do so many things at once.
I would buy it again.
The customer service department for this company is horrendous! I have had numerous problems with my range, and although it is out of the warranty period, for the price of this appliance my problems should not be happening. My range is about 10 years old. Last year I had to replace all the shelving inside as they were all rusted and would not slide in or out. I purchased new ones unhappily. This year, the plastic coating on all the front knobs have started to pucker and bubble off,, assuming from the heat of the range when the door is opened. For the price of this range, this is a completely unacceptable problem. After contacting customer service they told me it was out of warranty and they would do nothing. Based on the price of this item and the problems I have had, I am now making it my life’s mission to warn everyone I can about this company!
Great distribution of burners and ideal double oven design.
After spending $5000 on a 48" "professional" grade dual fuel stove it is not entirely usable as the burners will not adjust. This has been called in and we've talked to over 8 people at Zline to no avail. 3 months later it is still not working. They have a real problem with returning phone calls and emails and following through. I live in Texas and haven't been able to find anyone familiar with the product to even be able to service it. Including the service technician that Zline forgot to cancel after they said it wasn't a warranty issue. Their website reads "At ZLINE our customer service goal is simple. We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed." Apparently the stove I purchased does not fit these terms. DO NOT BUY!

This oven works great I will say I have only had it for 7 months. One of the knobs got stuck and broke the customer service well that's another story. To get someone to come fix issue has to be a Zline repair person. I have been waiting over a month and not a word from anyone. I on some list they have for repairs. We cook on the cook top all the time no issues there but why would the knob would snap off from oven is another issue. My advice do not try and remove the knobs....
We've now had this oven/stove for year and we couldn't be happier. It's beautiful, functions perfectly, and adds an elegant, professional function and look to your kitchen. And while most simialr products are in the $7,000-9,000 range, this one is under $5,000. We especially love that it haas a convection option. And the little oven to the side is perfect as a side dish warmer although you can full on cook with it as well.
The only criticisms I would offer would be that at first you can't tell when it's done preheating. I don't recall seeing anything in the manual that tells you, but I could've missed it. It's when the light turns off. There's no beep or other indicator. And when we first got it, we had some issues (not remembering what they were) and the customer service initially wasn't the best. But the CEO himself got right on the phone with us and got it striaghtened.
All in all a great product, especially for the price. I would absolutely buy one again.
We bought an NXR 48" range two years ago for $4300.00+/-. We just recently bought a summer home in N. C. and put an Amanna gas range and cook top in the cabin. It is much better than the NXR and we paid less than $500.00 for it. The NXR lacks so many features. They are both totally gas, yet the cheaper one has so many features the NXR doesn't, such as a timer, and clock. The NXR gives that great look, but that is about it.
