I ordered this 5 burner cooktop for a customer's replacement because their automatic igniter was malfunctioning on their old 4 burner. It was over 20 years old and just was worn out.
I was amazed of the performance of the new cooktop, and the price couldn't be better.
Only one note, the new cooktop did not come with a regulator and I had read mixed reviews regarding whether a regulator was required. I didn't want to take a chance that there would be flame-ups because of the variance in gas supply, so I installed the old regulator in-line from the old cook top and got lucky that it must have been compatible with the new cook top. It functioned just fine.
I did not reduce my rating because it was my ignorance just assuming that a regulator would come with it because I have installed many cooktops over the years and this was the first time a regulator was not included.
Feel free to respond to this review if you had purchased this item and did not use a regulator in-line. I am curious to hear the results.

Great product. Had to expand the hole a little on my granite top; had an older Frigidaire gas top before. Was a little thinner, but not enough to be an issue. Anyone who complains about fitting threads should google pipe fittings and understand standard such as MIP, NPT, etc. It has a standard NPT pipe fitting of the device that threaded into my regulator with no adapters. Didn't use anything in the hardware kit. Very happy for the price. Glass top is very easy to clean and the ranges come apart with ease for simple cleaning. Highly recommend. For those complaining about weak or too much gas, read the instructions, and consider installing a regulator.
This stove is very nice and was not to hard to set up. It took us a little bit to change out the gas lines but all was good. The stove fit great. The glass top is so hard to keep clean. I thought it would be a little easier - boy was I wrong! I’m doing a full clean everyday to make it shiny. I was able to find some covers that should be here soon, I’m hoping they will help. While it works great and I love the middle larger burner I do think I would’ve went with a stainless steel rather than a glass top. It’s a great stove for the price if you are okay with cleaning it every day or don’t plan to use much. Nothing is wrong with the actual function of the stove. Works great. Arrived in perfect condition. Looks amazing. My only complaint is how hard it is keep clean with so many cooks in the house.
A very nice unit. Big problem. Fittings supplied and connection to unit is metric thread. Not one company even very large suppliers did not have anything in metric. No way to convert. Had to use unsafe auto fuel hose with clamps. Hope it won’t leak and explode.
My elderly parents needed a stove top so I did my research and found this one to be their best option. I had it delivered to their house and my brother had it up and running the same day it arrived. My parents are very satisfied with this 5 burner stove.

Stove did not fit in counter top hole. Needed to cut another inch to get it in. Measurements we not accurate on add.
Pans and skillets need to be balanced carefully. Burners are limited to medium frame. Wok cooking is difficult.
Too much trouble to return the unit. I may do it after the holidays. Still not a worthy stove! Don't buy it!
The unit was easy to install and for the first week looked beautiful and that was it. The brass appearing disks over each heating element turned gray and become spotted for no reason, advertised as maintaining their lust, the absolutely do not! Following the cleaning instructions did not help and the continue to be spotted and lose their luster. Additionally, it is very difficult to set the burners to simmer, they are very hot including the 5th burner. The balance is not good so you have to be careful when you set your pots and pans. I do not recommend this cooktop. We did buy the extended warranty and will see how the unit functions for the next month or so. Disappointed.
This is absolutely a great value for the price. I purchased it to replace my Maytag cocktop for which I spent over 500 dollars. Very easy to install and convenient to use. The additional rack to allow easy use of Asian type wok is such an extra surprise!
