So we ordered this under the impression that it was warranted and serviced by Thor Kitchen because, well, thats what the Amazon description says as well as the manual. I received the stove yesterday.
It was damaged (as you can see from the photos) but the box and Styrofoam were in great shape so it wasn't damaged in transit. It was damaged sometime in manufacture.
I called the number in the manual - the one that says is the method to obtain service. It's thor kitchen. Guess what, they've never heard of SDADI Kitchen and after researching it, told me that they have nothing to do with then and will not warrant it. They said for any service, I'd have to call SDADI. But the contact info in the SDADI manual is for Thor Kitchen so good luck getting any service on this stove should you purchase one.
Not knowing the full story and whether this is a counterfeit item or if Thor actually made the stove for SDADI or not, the mere fact that this item is responsible to control highly flammable gasses such that my house does not burn down is enough reason to not keep it. There are way too many red flags here.
We are installing this next week if all goes well. Looks like a part is missing. A small triangle shaped burner guard that protects the striker and valve.

2star at this time for looks. I like the levelers. But I do not see a mounting secure bracket
We have a Viking range that when we moved out of our old house took with us and needed a new range to put in its place as the gourmet kitchen is a seller for the house! This is the perfect range for the spot and the price! Will slide right into the old hole!!
The range has been great so far. It is lightweight and was easy to install

I love this cooktop. The BTUs are what I was after and you cannot beat the price.
Just got done last week redoing my kitchen for my wife and went with the SDADI stove. We love it!!! And it works very well. No issues at all. Great value for the money. They even shipped the kit for free. I would recommend this to anybody that’s interested.
Works great.... tons of heat! Only thing it's missing is a small burner for little pots.
