We purchased this stove top in October, 2018 but were unable to install until January 2019. It looked beautiful in the box. When we installed it, we had a problem as none of the burners would light without using a match. We contacted the company. They were a bit slow with customer service. Originally we called them 3 times, leaving messages of the problem and requesting a callback that never came. We then contacted Amazon and received an e-mail asking if all the burners were out or just one. We advised all were out. They sent a 2nd message asking if we had plugged the unit in. (Duh!) Yes of course! Double checked the outlet as well. We contacted Amazon again after not hearing from them. We then got an e-mail that they would send us a new circuit board. I asked what was involved with replacing it and again, got no reply. We advised Amazon of that and we got an e-mail saying they would send the circuit board with instructions. We are fortunate that my husband is VERY handy. Together we took the unit back out of the counter, disassembled the unit, and removed the top from the base. The instructions given were hard to follow as they neglected to let us know there were screws underneath the sides. We removed each wire from the old board and placed it carefully back in the same spot on the new one. The unit now works beautifully! We love the way the stove top looks and how VERY easy it is to clean. It's a bit of a challenge to get used to the safety features that make lighting it a bit slow, but safety is a good thing over all.
Pretty good, for the price. Pots have to be centered on the grate exactly or they'll tip to one side. Lighting the burner has a slight learning curve. Make sure when installing you put the right burner deflector disk on the right burner, or it won't stay lite, for some odd reason. Customer service is non existent.
The safety feature on the burners of this gas cook-top is a good idea in theory. However, in practice the burners are very hard to ignite, and to keep the flame on. The instructions state to press down then turn the knob and hold for five seconds. This method only works on two of the five burners. The other three burners do not keep a flame at all, and only after persistently holding down the knob for over a minute that on occasion stays on; it is inconsistent. I cannot recommend this product. I hope future versions will work more easily.

I'm using this to replace my old stove which only had 2 burner working. I really like the stainless steel looking of it that I piratically do not have to do anything to my kitchen and this fit right in.
