Shipping was excellent. They showed up and asked if we wanted them to take it into our kitchen. Yes!!! We gave them a nice tip for being generous without asking. It cooks great. Looks beautiful. We get tons of compliments. 2 ovens 6 burners and 1 griddle for under $6000 is pretty good. Lighting is pretty. All burners are powerful and heat liquids super fast. They cut on fast too. Ignite is quick. We’ve had it for 5 months and I’ve cooked and baked nearly everything. Super fun to cook on. My previous 36 inch range that came with the house was gas and heavy duty but not professional by any means. It’s better than Viking. The ovens besides the racks look like Thermador and cook similar.

Knocked a star due to simmer and oven racks.
This isn’t a thermador simmer- closer to Viking. I have cooked on both. Viking is always too hot. This Thor is better for sure. Thor’s simmer still has a light boil which isn’t good for delicate sauces. I wish the grates were lower like the older models I’ve seen. These are very high. We are tall (5’10-6’3) so it’s not a huge deal. The oven racks are NOT smooth gliding as I recall reading. They DO NOT glide like the high end range.
Be warned. This unit is a beast. It kept blowing our circuit. We had to wire it to it’s own separate outlet. We also need a special hose for our gas line. I mention this because I don’t recall seeing it in the description.
I almost bought the thermador 36 inch with free dishwasher to replace our old 36 but I wanted the double ovens and bigger statement for my money. We cut the granite and took out cabinets ourselves. Easy. So worth it!
The griddle takes some getting used to. I’m used to my cast iron griddle which doesn’t stick. Viking style. This one is stainless steel. It sticks unless you spray with nonstick spray or butter. Coconut, avocado and sometimes olive oil all stick. I was shocked. I bought the stainless spatulas and scraper set which work great. I love that you can cover up the griddle. It’s hard to get the darkened oil stains off. The ovens cook fine. The smaller one seems to take a little longer to cook. When the griddle and oven get to temp it shuts off with the blue led light.
Over all for the money I’m happy. It’s gorgeous!
We love this stove. We just remodeled our kitchen and this is probably my favorite item. I was a little hesitant based on some of the reviews. But, my contractor installed it in a few hours and we’ve had no issues after about a month of use. My only complaint is that the griddle operates more like the oven instead of the burners. Meaning that when you set the temperature, the griddle burners will cut off when it reaches that temperature. It will fire back up eventually, but I think the design would be better if it functioned like the burners. They should just have high to low settings with continuous heat from the burner. Other than this small issue, we love the stove.
This range looks great in our kitchen, but from the very beginning, the temperature gauge didn't work, so the oven was always 50-75 degrees less than it was set for. Heating the oven to the correct temperature was always a guessing game, and it took an hour to get it just right, and even then, several meals were ruined. The seller tried to help me find someone to repair it (repair a brand new range), but there was no one nearby who had any experience with Thor ranges. I was able to find someone who was 4 hours away & he fixed the problem. That was about 8 months ago, and it worked pretty well for several months, but now I'm back to having the same problem, and I cannot get the seller to reply to my emails! For almost $5000, I would expect to have a fabulous range that works perfectly! Needless to say, I'm not very thrilled with my entire experience.
Amazing stove!! We've had it for 6 months and love it. Thanksgiving was a breeze with the 2 ovens and 6 burners.
Received our beautiful 48” stove way sooner then any other suppliers stores. Super easy to install and use.

Works well. Looks good. Only complaint, it’s duel fuel but does not come with lp conversion kit not even an option to buy would have been nice to know so it could have been ordered and the oven wouldn’t have sat there for 2 weeks. But all in all great product
We love this range is so powerful and beautiful and arrived really fast in 4 days.
Very happy with the look and functionality of this! Buy the fan running when the oven is on is nuts.. my overhead fan is close to 2000 CFM and i have a remote blower and a silencer, and when it is on full blast it is just as loud as the oven fan.
There has to be a fix as its way too loud and whistles. I cant find any information about this. Im leaning towards unhooking it as its so obnoxious and runs long after the oven is off... Spent a pretty penny to make an almost silent exhaust system, and the damn oven fan is louder...
